Starving yourself is not the way to a healthy body. You will be comfortably full with plenty of food options. The food is delicious and nutritious. Diet has the word die in it … no one should have to do that. It is about simple lifestyle changes.

Yes the plan is absolutely safe! Nutritious and delicious food that you buy right from the grocery store.
How much weight you lose all depends on you. Depending on which plan you choose, up to 20 pounds in 30 days or up to 4 pounds a week. The plans are easy to follow and you will receive coaching once a week.
Because you are changing your lifestyle, you should not gain your weight back. However if you choose to slip back into old habits your weight will come back, it’s all up to you. The only one that can take care of you is you and your coach will be with you every step of the way.
