My Own Story

My focus has always been on food. When I was a little girl my mother was very sick, and because of that I cooked for my dad at a very young age. I learned a lot about the food very quickly. After I got married, I had a very profitable photography business that I gave up because my first two children very sick. This I later learned was a result of immunizations and they ended up with many food allergies, 20- 30 depending on the child. Main stream physicians wanted to put him on steroids and rebuild their septums later on in life. This was not a choice and I found it a microbiologist who was also a chiropractor and nutritionist who helped my children to overcome these allergies. Through this experience I learned so much about nutrition and I had to make EVERYTHING. My children were allergic to everything and back then nothing was available, you HAD to make it – no choice. I was really sick and very tired, I was getting pneumonia every year and after being tested found out I had Lyme disease which I gave to my children. Nutrition kicked in high gear because my children needed it that kicked me into healthy, tasty, nutritious foods for them. I was now overweight, tired, homeschooling and ready to quit life when I discovered a weight loss plan that worked and got my hormones working for me instead of against me. It literally changed my life. Through my science-based approach and education, I have learned so much about the human body. No two people are alike so they do not process food the same way. What works for one will not work for another because their genetic make-up is not the same. By discovering what type of personality one has, I  design a lifestyle that works for them, not against them. Results are phenomenal. Through one-on-one coaching, I can help clients not only reach their goals but maintain them and keep their new lifestyle based on science, not a current trend or fad. The food is delicious and you are not hungry.
